All products require 2 - 3 business days to print and manufacture before shipping regardless of the selected shipping method then standard UPS / FedEx delivery times would apply. Products will ship from the manufacturing facility located nearest to your destination address.
Our return policy is very simple: If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on Zapista.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - Zapista does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number included in the e-mail. We send the e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order.
Yes. All of our inks are archival, and all of our papers are acid free.
You can send your order as a gift. We do NOT include any dollar amounts on the invoice that will be included with your purchase.
The only different is in the "shine" of the canvas. Glossy prints have a glossy coating applied to them which causes the canvas to reflect light better. Matte prints do not have this coating.
We ship all of our products via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination.
We replace it! We do our absolute best to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we can't control the UPS / FedEx delivery drivers who will be handling the order along the way. If your order arrives damaged, simply contact us and we'll get a replacement order into production ASAP.
Yes - you can hang your prints outside. However - do not hang them anywhere where they will be exposed to direct rain.
Yes - you can hang your prints in a bathroom. Just make sure that they're not exposed to direct spray from the shower.
All canvas prints, framed prints, regular prints (rolled in a tube), and greeting cards receive a UV protective coating.
The difference is in the material quality. Posters are typically printed in large volume on less expensive paper, fine-art prints are printed with careful attention to true color reproduction on high-quality paper. Zapista makes high quality %100 cotton hot press fine art prints, but many people consider any large print to be essentially a poster that's why we also include poster term in our title section.
