Yes. All of our inks are archival, and all of our papers are acid free.

Products require 2 - 4 business days to print and manufacture before shipping, depending on the product. You can see the specific lead time for each product when viewing the product on our website. Products will ship from the manufacturing facility located nearest to your destination address.

Gift cards are delivered instantly via e-mail.

Please note - even if you select "overnight" as your shipping method, we still need the time (above) to actually print, assemble, and package your order. Everything at Zapista is printed and manufactured "on demand". We don't have any pre-made products sitting on our shelves.

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on Zapista.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - Zapista does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number included in the e-mail. We send the e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order.

In order to provide you with a quote, we need to know exactly what you intend to purchase. Please provide links to all of the artwork pages and include detailed information about the print sizes, frames, mats, etc.

All you have to do is fill out the form on the following page:

Once you fill out the form, you'll then be able to print out a return label which you should use when mailing back your return.

You can send your order as a gift. We do NOT include any dollar amounts on the invoice that will be included with your purchase.

Unfortunately, you can not include a gift message with your purchases from Zapista.

Unfortunately, when a credit card gets declined, the only information that we receive back from our credit card processor is the word "DECLINED".

A credit card could be declined for any number of reasons:

1. You entered in the wrong card number.
2. You entered in the wrong billing address.
3. You entered in the wrong CVV2 number (i.e. the number on the back of the card).
4. You exceeded the daily spending limit on your card (e.g. $1,000 per day).

If your card was declined, please verify that all of your credit card information is correct, and try submitting your order again. If your card is declined the second time, make sure that you aren't over your daily spending limit.

We ship all of our products via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination.

We have 14 manufacturing facilities located in five different countries. Your products will ship from the facility that is nearest your destination address. The transit time to your destination will depend on your location in the world, the location of the manufacturing facility, and your selected shipping method (i.e. ground vs. overnight).

We replace it!

We do our absolute best to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we can't control the UPS / FedEx delivery drivers who will be handling the order along the way.

Don't worry - damage rarely occurs. We wouldn't be in business for very long if it did!

All canvas prints, framed prints, regular prints (rolled in a tube), receive a UV protective coating.

Yes - you can hang your prints in a bathroom. Just make sure that they're not exposed to direct spray from the shower and you're not exposing them to prolonged periods of high moisture from long, hot showers.
